Situated in the heart of Earby, a small town near Skipton regarded as the "Gateway to the Dales" This is ideal walking and cycling country, being on the "Pendle Way and a short walk to the "Pennine Way". Also close by are the "Leeds to Liverpool" canal and the Forest of Bowland.

The cottage, in the middle earby is a very short walk to the bus station, restaurants and shops.

Although not widely regarded as a holiday town, it benefits from free parking and everything you would need for a comfortable stay!

Opposite is a grocer and a fantastic bakery, great for a bacon/sausage sandwich for breakfast and not far to go!!!!!! And everything you need for a picnic.

We are fortunate to have , a supermarket close by, several restaurants and traditional pubs serving food. At least one playing live music.

We have been closed the for the last two years but we are now delighted to welcome guests back.

Dogs are welcome a charge of £30 will be added at the time of booking.

The same high standards have been maintained.

The property features;

Strictly no smoking!

Open plan ground floor lounge and kitchen leading to;

Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, airer and dehumidifier.

Back door leads to a covered area ideal for dirty bits! Boots and bikes etc. There is rear access from an small yard which has table and chairs, flower pots etc.

1st floor has a double room and a small single room with a single bed.

The shower-room has no bath, a great power shower, toilet and hand basin.

The cottage has double glazing

Parking is 30m along the street or on the adjacent corner. Drop off is possible at the rear.

Owners Bob and Fay are available by phone anytime for help and advice.

Check-out 10:00 but we can be flexible, please confirm when booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fay (the owner) a message.

If Fay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
