Au cœur du vignoble des Coteaux du Layon, dans le Val de Loire, sur une grande propriété arborée et fleurie, le « Gîte Anjoué » est une maison indépendante, à 2 km du centre de Thouarcé (toutes commodités), à 20 minutes d'Angers.

La piscine chauffée de juin à fin septembre, à partager avec les propriétaires, implantée à côté du verger et du jardin potager, offre une vue panoramique sur le coteau, les vignobles, les moulins ...

Le gîte se compose

- d'une pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur combiné, plaque à induction, four micro-ondes multifonction, lave-vaisselle ...), espace salon avec téléviseur 82cm, coin repas, poêle à bois;

- une chambre avec lit de 140;

- salle d'eau avec douche italienne,

- toilettes séparées; lave-linge;

- l'étage mezzanine comporte 2 lits individuels.

Oreillers, traversins et 2 couvertures par lit sont fournis.

A l'extérieur : terrasse privative avec salon de jardin et barbecue, espace jardin privatif, non clos, avec balançoires, place de parking.

Forfait électricité avec compteur relevé à l'arrivée et au départ. Si le forfait est dépassé, un paiement sera demandé.

- Le Parc Terra Botanica,

- Saumur, son château et l'Ecole Nationale d'Equitation,

Vous pourrez aussi laisser votre voiture en sécurité à côté du gîte pour partir en balade à pied, en vélo (possibilité de rejoindre la piste cyclable de « la Loire à Vélo »).

Une escapade à la mer n'est pas exclue : les Sables d'Olonnes sont à 160 km par A87.

Et le Futuroscope est à 110 km, le Puy du Fou à 80 km.
