This detached cottage is located in the village of Wardlow and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Galena Cottage is a detached cottage in the village of Wardlow, just three miles from the village of Tideswell. The cottage sleeps six people and has three super king-size bedrooms, two with en-suite showers, along with a family bathroom and separate ground floor basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug with open fire. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of the Peak District, Galena Cottage is a lovely family holiday home from which to explore this wonderful part of the country.

Range with 2 x electric ovens, 6-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 10 mins walk.

Note: There are 3 steps from kitchen to lounge, 1 step from lounge to hall & 2 steps into the bedroom.

Region: The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: The village of Tideswell stands in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Famous for its fine church dedicated to St John the Baptist, known as "The Cathedral of the Peak", the village is also noted for its well dressing and carnival wakes. There is excellent walking with rugged peaks to the north, gentle hills and dales to the south and Millers Dale just outside the village.
