Escape to this newly renovated December 2015 condo!! Non-smoking, no pets allowed. This condo complex was built on the narrow island of Tierra Verde. It is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on the west side and Tampa Bay on the east side. Property is 3 miles from Fort Desoto, which was rated #1 beach in the United States in 2005. You can rent Kayaks and bicycles at Fort Desoto or bring your own bicycles to enjoy the bike path. It is accessible from our property into Fort DeSoto which is a Pinellas County Park. The park has miles of beautiful beaches where you can purchase refreshments, roller blade, fish off the pier, rent camp sites, launch boats or have any kind of fun in the sun you can imagine! Easy access to interstate highways. Tampa International Airport is a 25 minute drive. Beaches and restaurants are 5 minute drive. This is one of the best waterfront properties on the island of Tierra Verde!! Views of Boca Ciega Bay (Tampa Bay) and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge! Cycle to Ft. Desoto then hop on the ferry to snorkeling at Egmont Key. You may bring your own kayak and launch it from our dock. Boat slips are available for a small fee of $10 per day.
This is a private end unit with an unobstructed, 2nd floor balcony view of the pristine Tampa Bay and palm trees swaying in the breeze. Your panoramic view of the water and Sunshine Skyway bridge lit in the distance will create an aura of tranquility as you dine on the balcony enjoying the stillness of the night. Frequently you will observe the frolicking dolphins and manatee as they swim offshore from the pier.
The condo sleeps 6. Master bedroom has a queen size bed w/ full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed w/ a 2nd bathroom in the hallway. Living room has a queen size sleep sofa. The dining room seats 6; kitchen is stocked with pans, plates, silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels provided. Nothing may be hung from balcony to dry, or condo may fine you. Condo has tiled floors, high speed, wireless internet, cable TV and DVD player provided. Deck has a table and chairs with a water view. Unit is located on 2nd floor w/ a private staircase. Parking available but you MUST hang a parking pass from your rear view mirror which is found in the condo kitchen fish basket. No pets or smoking allowed.
Tierra Verde is a quiet island. In 10 minutes drive you can be surrounded by the bustle of St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg or other surrounding communities. Area activities: Professional football (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Professional baseball (Tampa Bay Rays), Professional hockey (Tampa Bay Lightning) and Busch Gardens Theme Park.

BOAT SLIP RENTAL
The fee is $10 per day/ $75 per month. Boat trailer parking is $5 per day. Boat Insurance must be provided in order to rent a slip.

Clubhouse has a wide screen TV, internet connection, billiard table, gym and side room with 6 washer and dryers. Property has 2 Tennis courts, waterside deck with gas grills, heated pool and Jacuzzi, boat slips which can be rented and paths for biking. Open unlimited parking. Tierra Verde is 3 miles from Fort DeSoto Park with pristine beaches and fishing pier. A 25 miles ride from downtown Tampa. Tierra Verde is approximately 3 miles from St. Pete Beach and Dolphin Village Shopping Center!
PROPERTY RENTAL RULES:
50% Deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days before arrival when the full balance is due along with security deposit.
The Security Deposit will be returned no later than 14 days after the end of the rent day.
PAYMENT: ECheck payment Preferred. Credit Card Payments are accepted with a convenience fee of 2.9% for domestic accounts and 4.9% for international accounts.
