This cozy, yet spacious 30m² apartment is completely renovated. It is located in ''Les Roches Rouges,'' which is a very quiet building in ''Le Lavachet'' neighborhood of Tignes, at an altitude of 2100m. The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is an express comfort system sofa bed, which converts easily and sleeps two 160. A small, private room, has a bunk bed that sleeps two. The apartment has a south-facing terrace and all the comforts of home. The amenities include a complete kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a bathroom with a large shower, a flat-screen TV, and a four-person boot dryer. At the entrance of the building, you will find ski lockers where you can leave your equipment after hitting the slopes. From the building, there is quick access to everything you will need during your stay: ski pass office, ski rentals, shuttles, slopes, chair lifts, and shops.

In the summer, the 4 Sportignes card allows you access to many activities in the resort; including water jump, blob jump, catamaran, pony rides, shooting, tennis, swimming, canoeing, mountain biking, etc.

The charm and intimacy of this apartment will certainly satisfy everyone on holiday.

Linen and cleaning fees are not included in the listing price.

If you need linens or cleaning you can pay for them at Tignes. The linen rates are as follows:

Single bed (sheets, 2 pillow cases, and 2 bath towels): 20€/15£

You choose to clean the rental yourself or pay the cleaning fee, which is 60€/40£. If you choose to pay for cleaning, you may do so at Tignes.
