Trip Advisor 2018 Excellence Award winner and 3 stars awarded by the local Touristoffice for it's comfort, decoration and amenities. A 28 square meter studio apartment fully renovated with balcony facing North-east offering a postcard view on the Tignes Lake. Graded 3 stars accommodation by the “Maison de Tignes” Situated in Tignes Val Claret in the Slalom residence at the beginning of the high street with all the restaurants, bars, clubs shops, supermarkets, tourist office and covered car park (not included in the rent) within walking distance. The apartment and its balcony are facing the lake and not the hight street so noises from the night life cannot be heard and offers very quiet nights. Free WIFI access. Nearest ski lift is 350 m walk from the residence up the hight street but skiing back within 50 m from the apartment at the end of the day is possible. Private heated ski locker room on the ground floor available. Residence offers security entry codes and CCTV. Cleaning of the apartment at the end of the week included in the price. Apartment can sleep five and comprises; 1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds & 1 very large and confortable single sofa bed. Fully fitted modern kitchen and fully equipped for self-catering. 1 bathroom, living room with 42 in flat screen TV, DVD player, Hifi and MP3 player. 1 Toilet (separated from bathroom). 1 dining table with 3 chairs and a Monk’s bench for 2. Wardrobes and loads of storage space available. Both continental & UK sockets fitted throughout. Direct access from Bourg Saint Maurice train station by Coach and free shuttles. Situated at 2150 metres altitude therefore snow is guaranteed from October/November until early May. Summer skiing on the Grande Motte Glacier (part of Tignes Val Claret resort) also available. Direct access by ski to the resort of Val D’isère which shares the same skiing domain as Tignes “Espace Killy”.

Swimming pools and Spa available on the other side of the Tignes lake (can be seen from the balcony) and in some cases can be accessed free/included in the price of your ski pass. “MyTignes” activities can be supplied, at discounted price for up to 4l tenants during the summer season in July & August. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Freddy (the owner) a message.

If Freddy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
