Très belles vues sur la montagne et le lac. Pour passer de superbes vacances, dans une station dynamique en sport et en détente, au coeur du massif de la Vanoise.

2 couchages dans la chambre avec vue sur le lac, configuration au choix 2 lits simples ou 1 lit double à préciser à la réservation.

3 couchages dans la pièce de vie avec vue sur les montagnes et le golf (en été)

Cuisine semi-américaine toute équipée (frigo, four programmable, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, vaisselle).

Salle de bains (baignoire, sèche-cheveux) et WC séparés. Coffre. Réception. Télévision. Internet (wifi gratuit).

Immeuble à seulement 200 mètres des pistes, au pied d'un golf 18 trous (été). Cinéma à 50 mètres. Commerces et restaurants à 100 mètres. Linge de toilette et draps non compris dans la réservation : 20€ par personne à régler à votre arrivée ou prévoir vos propres linge de toilette et draps. Appartement accessible aux fauteuils roulants, selon normes officielles.

Pas de piscine dans l'immeuble mais accès gratuit à l'espace aquatique du Lagon avec vos forfaits de ski l'hiver. En été, appartement élégible à la carte My Tignes au tarif très préférentiel hébergeur conventionné.

Pas de salle de sport dans l'immeuble mais possibilité de fournir des entrées gratuites (sous réserve de disponibilité) pour l'Espace Fitness du Lagon (nous consulter). Pas de parking dans l'immeuble mais parking couvert du Golf face à l'immeuble. Immeuble comportant salon, local à skis, local à chaussures, local à VTT.

Pets allowed provided they are small and do not cause nuisance (apartment and neighborhood) or degradation. Taking appointments for the state of fixtures in your presence. Linen not provided but you can rent (18 € / person). Arrival between 15h and 19h. Departure before 11am. Maximum: 5 people. We do not accept for additional guests.

Effectivement, tel que nous en avions discuté avant la réservation, pas de possibilité de mettre un lave-linge dans l’appartement mais il y a une laverie très proche (dans le Val Claret, pratique, facile d’accès et peu onéreuse).

Bonjour Richard, merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire ! Des avions de tourisme ?? Peut-être parlez-vous plutôt de la piste d'hélicoptères en contre-bas du Val Claret ? Il peut effectivement y avoir quelques rotations pour le ravitaillement des chalets d'altitude et malheureusement en cas d'accidents en montagne. Mais ça ne dure jamais longtemps.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LAURE (the owner) a message.

If LAURE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
