Studio de 24 m2 tout confort et tout équipé pour 4 à 6 personnes. Très lumineux avec balcon plein sud. Situé à Tignes le Lavachet dans l'immeuble du Home Club au rez-de-chaussée avec gardien 24h/24h.

Appartement situé à 50 m des commerces, boulangerie, restaurants, des premières pistes de ski (télésièges de Paquis et Chaudannes) et du parking payant couvert.

Cuisine toute équipée avec lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, four, micro-ondes, appareils à raclette et fondue... 2 Canapés- lits BZ très confortables dans le salon et un coin cabine fermé avec lits superposés Couchages (80 x 190) (pas de couchage en hauteur pour les moins de 6 ans) dans l'entrée. Salle de bain avec baignoire. WC séparés.TV écran plat et TNT. Couettes, Oreillers et Alèzes fournis.

Navettes gratuites au pied de l'immeuble toutes les 7min desservant toute la station. Casier à skis privatif fermé à l'entrée de la résidence.

Première piste à 80 m pour rejoindre 2 télésièges débrayables permettant d'atteindre, en une seule remontée, n'importe quel village de Tignes. Retour possible au studio « skis aux pieds »

 

Pas de Parking, réservation possible à l'avance sur internet tignes point net

Pour rappel : il est interdit de stationner dehors dans la station, les parkings publics sont payants et OBLIGATOIRES.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gletty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
