From the owner

A spacious split level cottage packed with character and arranged over three floors. The useful front porch with space for coats, boots and beach gear takes you into the lower ground floor. On this floor is a charming beamed dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and family bathroom with a shower over a bath. A short flight of stairs lead up to a half landing where there are three bedrooms - a double bed, twin and bunk beds. Stairs continue up to the large lounge with beams, exposed stonework, comfortable seating and a sea view. An electric stove completes the set up for cosy evenings in. Slate steps lead down to double doors out to the private garden. From the garden is access to the path to the guest paddock. This former granary offers period charm and spacious family accommodation. There are two dedicated car park spaces directly outside the front porch to the cottage.

The guest paddock has panoramic sea views and provides a great exercise area for dogs. There are also picnic tables on the paddock. The guest laundry room has washing machines, tumble dryer, books, DVDs and tourist information.

An idyllic location, with sea views and close proximity to Tintagel village and the coastline. Tintagel village, with its pubs and shops, is just a 15 minute walk. From the village, Tintagel castle and coastal path are a further 10 minute walk. Trebarwith Strand beach is only a few minutes drive away. In easy reach by car are tourist hotspots such as Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock Beach and Padstow. Walkers can discover nearby hidden gems such as the Rocky Valley and Bossiney Cove beach.
