My apartment is located in the real heart of the city, right in the middle of art and cultural attractions, 10 minutes walking from Blloku area.

In this area you will find parks, food markets, great restaurants and coffee shops as well. Buses and a taxi station are right on the street corner.

My cozy NEW and modern apartment has everything you need to feel just like home. A large open space for living and dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment has an ideal space for up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. WIFI is free.

I like to say Tirana has a "lovely messy atmosphere", especially in the city center.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Eva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
