You want to visit Tlemcen and enjoy your family vacation and feel at home! I offer the rental of a new luxury apartment in the center of Tlemcen and with all amenities, central heating, air conditioning, intercom, 02 elevators, caretakers H24, housekeeping (possibility daily cleaning at an extra charge), place de on-site parking in the basement of the residence. Its surface is of 218 m2 composed of 04 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms of which one with Hammam. Suitable for families from 02 to 06 people. Description of the apartment: - Fully equipped kitchen with table to 06 chairs. -01 bed for 02 places in the master bedroom + private bathroom, 02 separate beds in the 2nd bedroom, two other separate beds in the 3rd bedroom and two sofas in the living room. A table + 06 chairs in the 4th room serving as dining room. - living room: 03 sofa + coffee table + flat screen TV - Very large balcony 02 fronts with views of the plateau Lalla Setti, the other facade overlooks the west side of the city. You will find at the corner of the balcony a small table with chairs. Equipment of the apartment: WIFI, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, napkins, complete kitchen equipment, towels, sheets ... You will find a supermarket UNO (Food, appliances) at bottom of the building. Minimum rental is 05 nights, dogs not allowed, alcoholic beverages prohibited, rental only for families.
