Villas A18 is located in the gated community of Hacienda Iguana on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. This condo is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It's a ground floor unit, so you are literally step out onto the beach. Seriously, the sand is less than 10 meters from the patio. It's also a corner unit facing away from everyone else, so you have the most privacy - you would never know you had neighbors if you didn't walk over to the pool. This private condo has fantastic veiws directly out to Panga Drops and Los Perros surf breaks. Colorados is a 10 minute walk down the wide, beautiful, white-sand beach. Whether you are a surfer or not, the waves, ocean and sunsets are wonderful views. This beach is also a turtle nesting ground, so mother turtles are often seen nesting and laying eggs, and occasionally you'll get to see the babies scrambling down to the beach.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a fold out sofa in the living room, making sleeping accomodations for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a/c in all rooms, free wifi, satellite tv and a dvd player. Maid service is provided on the schedule you request. The pool is also just steps away and right on the beach.

Our on-site rental managers are there to make your vacation as smooth and memorable as possible. They can arrange many activities including: airport transportation, boat trips, surfing trips, fishing trips, horseback riding, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, kayaking, surf lessons, spanish lessons, massage, yoga and cultural, relaxation or exploratory day trips. Whatever you need they will make it happen.

While this beach is world renowned for surfing we still have plenty to do for those that don't surf. There are many great hikes just out the door and we highly recommend taking the walk down to Gigante to get lunch at one of their many restaurants. By being guests in our condo you will also receive discounted rates for a round of golf at our 9 hole golf course located right in the community. There is also a beachfront, community pool and incredible restaurant at the south end of the beach, in front of Colorados surf break, that you are welcome to enjoy.

There are 2 restaurants located in the community. Pill's, operated by an incredible chef from the Basque country, and Don Eloys, a restaurnant and bar that serves pizza, full meals and sandwiches. There's a surf shop, golf shop and a grocery store, so you never have to leave the development if you don't want. There are also a handful of other restaurants either a 45 minute hike or 20-30 minute drive away. If you don't want to go anywhere, we can also offer you an all inclusive meal package, with food, non alcoholic beverages and a chef to prepare, cook and clean for you.

Your on-site managers will check you in and be at your service throughout your stay. They are very available. I live in Los Angeles, but can be reached just as easily. You will also get visits to see if you need anything, including fresh water bottles, unless you request otherwise.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
