Apartment Roman Park II is a bright and spacious two bedroom apartment which has been stylishly furnished for a very comfortable self catering holiday for up to four guests. The large open plan lounge dining area has two very comfortable with TV and DVD. Internet streamed TV and Wi-Fi installed for this season and offered as an option to guests.

The complex is located across the road from the brand new Kings Avenue Shopping mall on the Tombs of the Kings road offering an excellent choice of shops and restaurants and conveniently close to the harbour area and Paphos castle and mosaics world heritage centre and municipal sandy beach.

The dining area seats six guests and leads to the fully equipped modern kitchen area. There is a modern family bathroom with bath and over bath shower and a large Master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom has tin beds. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the apartment.

The apartment has a large outside balcony with patio furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine

This very large apartment is ideal for families looking for high quality self catering accommodation in a central location which does not require a car.

Superb yet again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa Roads (the owner) a message.

If Lisa Roads (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
