ONE BED ROOM APARTMENT, Luxury and Comfortable Apartment is suitable for couple, family with children and friends. Our apartment is fully AIR CONDITIONED.

Living area and as well as bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Modern bath room. We have installed Zoomtec Box to view English Channels for our guests. SATELLITE TV showing a large selection of TV channel like BBC World, CNN and many more English channels. DVD Player and a selection of DVDs for your entertainment. Roof Terrace you can enjoy the best view of the whole complex and the panoramic view of the sea. Access to the Apartment and Roof Terrace by lift. Our apartment is managed by highly professional company AWC Management Company Ltd.. A gated secured common Car parking space is provided.

The Royal Seacrest has two large LAGOON SWIMMING POOLS with waterfall and rock features, shallow children's pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. FREE use of Sun beds and Umbrella around the pool area. Separate children's play area.

The complex is 500 meters from the historical monument Tombs of The Kings road where there are abundance of BARS AND RESTAURANTS and a further 100 meters you are at the MUNICIPALITY BEACH. Nearest Beach is 5-8 minute walk from the apartment.

PAPHOS HARBOR area is just 20 minute walk away from the apartment and can also reach by bus within 5 minutes. Younger generation can also enjoy the Bar Street area of the HARBOR.

Across the road there is a bank with ATM. On the corner is a 24 hour kiosk and there is even a choice of mini markets within 100 meters. The range of places to eat is huge and you can eat in a different one every night and never get bored.The market in the old town is also within walking distance. A brand new beautiful King's Avenue Mall opened in November 2013 is just 1 KM from the apartment.

This is a Luxury, privately owned, fully furnished, Air conditioned One Bedroom apartment. The LIVING area is tastefully furnished with a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa bed. For you we have provided a 26 inches LCD TV and DVD player. We have installed Zoomtak box for our guests to watch BBC World, CNN and many other English Channels including English movie channels. We have also provided DVD films for your entertainment. You are most welcome to bring your own collection of DVDs to watch.
The KITCHEN is equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find. There is a fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob,cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans etc . The modern dining area contains a table with 4 chairs.
The COVERED BALCONY area overlooks the beautiful lagoon shaped pool and gardens of the complex.
Patio furniture is provided including a table and 4 chairs to enjoy your breakfast and relax.
The BEDROOM contains King size single bed with comfortable thick mattress. A long mirror is hanged on the wall. Bed linen and towels that are included in the rental price.(excluding beach towels).
A hair-dryer as is an iron/ironing board provided for your convenience. Electronic Safe is also fitted in the bedroom.
The modern BATHROOM is fully tiled and contains a bath tub and a shower with curtain, toilet and a washbasin with vanity unit.
Sun beds and parasols are available on the poolside; there are also poolside showers available.
The Apartment is professionally maintained by a highly professional local AWC management company who are available to assist should problems arise during your stay.

Royal Seacrest apartments overlook communal Mediterranean style patio gardens and two large lagoon swimming pools with waterfall and rock features, children's pool and two outdoor jacuzzis.

There is also a landscaped garden area to relax in.

Just five minutes walk from the complex are the numerous Tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops of the tombs of the kings area.

Just 800m away is the Blue flag Faros beach.

The magnificent harbour is a 20 minute walk away. Lined with open air Tavernas (with the days catch)

There is a bus stop just nearby the complex for those wishing to venture further away.

Why can't I call Shyam (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shyam (the owner) a message.

If Shyam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
