This luxury apartment, completed in April 2009, is situated in the heart of Tombs of the Kings, minutes away from the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beaches and the old market. The complex features 2 outdoor pools, two outdoor Jacuzzis, a gym, outdoor showers, kid's pool, rock creations, landscaped areas and gated community access. Our spacious apartment is on the top floor having the best views overlooking the whole complex. It has a roof terrace with panoramic views and a covered parking space. The apartment is fully air conditioned (plus ceiling fans) and there is heating for the winter months. Access to the apartment and roof terrace is by lift. Everything has been chosen in a contemporary style to ensure the best possible comfort. A welcome pack is provided free of charge. Additional shopping can be arranged at a reasonable price. The Royal Seacrest complex is an exclusive development situated in a quiet area off the main road. However, you can choose how quiet or lively your particular holiday will be as this area really is ideal for all tastes. The luxury apartment is close to the bus route and many things are within easy walking distance. The market in the old town is also within walking distance. Across the road there is a bank with ATM. On the corner is a 24 hour kiosk and there is even a choice of mini markets within 100 metres. The range of places to eat is huge and you can eat in a different one every night and never get bored.

Paphos is a world heritage site and contains a wealth of archaeological sites. The Tombs of the Kings is located across the road. If you like to be pampered then the 5* Espa Spa is at the Elysium hotel 800m away. Attractions in the region include Aphrodite Water Park (free bus service), the Catacombs, St Paul's Pillar, the Paphos Aquarium, Coral Bay (superb beaches), Adonis Waterfalls, Paphos Bird and Animal Park - the list is extensive. For the sporting person there is diving, sailing, snorkelling, waterskiing, para gliding, fishing, windsurfing, cycling, motorcycling, go karting, 3 18-hole golf courses, walking in the Troodos mountains and skiing in the winter.

The open plan living area/ kitchen is fully fitted with the latest modern appliances for your convenience. There is a full size fridge/freezer, cooker with extractor, touch button hob and oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine. Pots, pans, glasses and cutlery fill the cupboards.

The comfortable lounge area has two sofas, coffee table, bookcase, flat screen TV. DVD/CD player with a selection of DVD's.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and touch bedside lamps, chest of drawers and mirrors. There are two single beds and a double bed. Extra sleeping accommodation is provided by a bed settee in the lounge which easily converts to a double bed. One bedroom has access to the balcony.

The bathroom has an overhead shower and WC.

A free welcome pack on arrival. Bed linen, towels, t-towels are included in the price, as is water, electricity and air conditioning. A cot and/or highchair can be supplied if required. Beach towels are also available for use. Free use of safe. Extra cleaning services can be arranged at reasonable cost.

I would highly recommend this place to stay. It was clean comfortable and quiet. The swimming pools were warm and spacious. Just a short walk to all amenities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hilary (the owner) a message.

If Hilary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
