This expansive home has been designed to entertain with large open plan living areas and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area and kitchen overlooking the pool.
The large open plan living area is great for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm with double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and side by side fridge with ice maker. The large dining table sits 10 comfortably and the loungeroom has a large screen TV, Foxtel and Sonos sound system.
There is also a second lounge/games room. This room has a pool table and second lounge area which is a great spot for the kids to watch a movie.This room can also be closed off and the sofa folds out to a queen size be so can also be used as a 5th bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed where you can wake up and enjoy the view of the grounds and surrounding bushland. The modern ensuite has a double shower, double sink vanity and a heated floor. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed,bedroom3 has a king (can be split to 2 singles) and bedroom 4 has two singles (can be combined to form a king) - please advise the required bedding configuration when booking. Bedrooms 3 & 4 also have an extra trundle bed each that can be used for children by request only.
The main bathroom has a large shower, bath tub and heated tiles.There is a fully equipped laundery with washer and dyer. All bed and bath linen is provided as well as pool towels.
Your comfort at Jervis Bay Country Retreat is assured all year round with ducted reverse cycling air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans and a slow combustion wood fire.
The outdoor entertainment area has to be seen to be believed! There is a full outdoor kitchen with a 6 burner gas BBQ, sink, bar fridge,microwave and the large 12 seater outdoor setting is great for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor lounge area complete with large screen TV which is the perfect spot to watch any big game. The outdoor area also has retractable screens which can be lowered on cool evenings or to keep any insects at bay. The adjoining solar heated pool is fully fenced and even has an outdoor shower. To top it off, the open patio area even has a firepit which is a great spot to sit around on a cool evening with a glass of wine.
With 5 acres of grounds there is plenty of room for the kids to run around or play in the playground or trampoline. There are also often kangaroos roaming around the property.
You are welcome to bring your dog, with you but it is strictly outside only. There is a lockable dog room adjoining the shed that dogs can be kept in at night time.

Jervis Bay Country Retreat is designed to accommodate family groups and we have a strict no party policy. Any disruption to neighbouring properties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card provided for the security bond.
