This gorgeous, comfortable, quiet home away from home will have you wishing it was your new home in Los Angeles. Close to the beach and the city with easy freeway access to get you from Downtown to Disneyland. Swimming pool, jacuzzi under the stars, out door fire pit, al fresco dining for 10, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, lush garden, and all the amenities one would need to feel pampered and immediately at home. A private, relaxing haven located just off of Topanga Canyon in a safe, pretty neighborhood dotted with pepper and eucalyptus trees south of Ventura Boulevard. This charming home offers all you could want for your Los Angeles vacation: a beautiful, fully outfitted home with pool and spa that is 15 minutes from the beach, offers the serenity of Topanga Canyon while being within walking distance to shops, restaurants and amenities. Our location gives you the perfect blend of tranquility and urban convenience.


Light filled with a clean visual aesthetic and a great vibe. The home has an open floor plan all on one level, featuring hardwood floors and quality finishes throughout; wood paned windows, recessed lighting with dimmers, lush landscaping with fruit trees, bouganvillea and flowering herbs, pool and jacuzzi, 2 pool side seating areas, fire pit and completely enclosed garden with a great flow between indoor and outdoor space. The living room features a wood burning fireplace and opens to a family room with cozy sofa seating and a 46' TV with Blue Ray player. French doors open up to a covered poolside dining area perfect for Alfresco dining and entertaining. For the chef the kitchen is fully equipped and features a Sub Zero fridge and a 6 burner double-oven gas range. Our property manager, Angelique, is an organic chef and farm to table, personally cooked and catered meals can be arranged for an additional fee should you choose. There are also many fabulous restaurants close by catering to every palette. The master bedroom opens to the pool/garden area and features a California king bed, vaulted ceilings, 46' flat screen TV, walk in closet and ensuite. The 2 additional bedrooms have queen sized beds, lots of closet space, all with super comfortable mattresses, down duvets and white, high thread count sheets and linens. The second bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. All the bathrooms are newly remodeled with brand new copper plumbing, Koehler fixtures and are finished in granite, travertine and tumbled marble. There is extreme speed WIFI accessible throughout the home and outdoor spaces, telephone with free North America wide calls and cable television.

Look no further if you want your vacation experience to include beauty, warmth, peace, and relaxation
and a great place from which to explore all of what LA has to offer. Enjoy the serenity of nature in Topanga Canyon, surf the waves or explore the many beaches of Malibu's coast line, take a tour of world class vineyards or opt for
the more urban pleasures of Westfield Topanga Mall with its state of the art AMC 16 movie theatre, or stroll to the many nearby shops, restaurants and amenities. In the summer the neighborhood offers free outdoor movies in the park on Saturday evenings and concerts in the park on Sunday evenings. Bring a picnic and enjoy. You can also head up the hill to Will Geer theater for some great live theater under the stars. Another great option for weekend nights in the summer is packing a picnic and going to Malibu Family wines in Malibu Canyon which offers live jazz and local wines in a spectacular, romantic setting. Going at sunset is recommended!

Our neighborhood is perfectly situated for your overall experience of LA with easy access to both the 101 freeway
and Topanga Canyon/Pacific Coast Highway. Take the 101 south to Beverly Hills, West LA, Sunset Strip (30 min), LAX Airport (45 minutes), Hollywood (30 minutes), Universal Studios and Burbank (20 minutes), Disneyland (60 minutes) or north to Calabasas (5 Minutes), Malibu Canyon Wine Country (15 minutes) or Santa Barbara (80 minutes). Or drive through beautiful Topanga Canyon & Pacific Coast Highway to Malibu (15 minutes), Santa Monica and Venice (30 minutes) this is also the scenic route to the airport and takes the same amount of time but you are treated to the rugged beauty of Topanga and the stunning coastline of the Pacific Coast. Shopping for groceries is easy and convenient with Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Gelson's less than one mile away. There is
also a public library and post office within walking distance.

How do damage deposits work?
