This beautiful property is tucked away on a quiet residential street which is conveniently located just a few minutes from Highway 401, and only 20 minutes to downtown Toronto. There are excellent public transit options close to the house.It's also less than 2 KM from the Toronto PAN AM Aquatics Centre.

The house is bright, clean, tastefully decorated and fully furnished with everything you need. Whether you're on vacation, attending a family function or traveling for work, you'll appreciate the comfort and convenience of this home away from home. Enjoy the private backyard with mature, shady trees and a massive 16ft x 42ft deck. It's a perfect setting for barbeques and relaxing. A great alternative to hotel accommodations.

MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed. The SECOND and THIRD bedrooms have queen-size beds. FOURTH bedroom has a large daybed with a pull out trundle bed (it's 2 twin size beds), which comfortably sleeps two people.Large

LIVING ROOM with luxurious sectional and 55” flat-screen TV and DVD player. DINING ROOM features a pine wood table with 6 leather chairs and a walk out to the sprawling, private deck and backyard.

Main floor LAUNDRY ROOM with clothes washer and dryer, also features a 2nd walk out to the deck.

There is a FULL BATHROOM with tub/shower, toilet and sink on the 2nd floor. There is and a HALF BATHROOM with toilet and sink on the main floor.

PARKING available for 2 cars in the private driveway. NON-Smoking house, but smoking is allowed outside. High speed Wireless internet. Fully fenced backyard. Steps to public transit. Short walk to grocery store, pharmacy, walk-in medical clinic and plaza with Tim Horton's coffee shop and Wendy's restaurant. 5 minute drive to major shopping mall with over 100 stores, restaurants and movie theatre. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Minoo (the owner) a message.

If Minoo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
