Fantástico ático de tres habitaciones, con capacidad para 6 personas. Con fabulosas vistas al mar y barbacoa de obra. El apartamento está orientado al sureste, ofrece instalaciones de calidad y un alto nivel de acabado. Aire acondicionado está instalado en todo el apartamento. Cocina con electrodoméstico de alta gama incluso con lavavajillas

La gran terraza de unos 70 metros cuadrados es sin duda la protagonista de esta vivienda, donde poder disfrutar largos y maravillosos momentos. El recinto tiene piscina. No dispone de parking. Esta muy bien situado, frente al hotel Mainake, a 5 minutos de la playa y el paseo marítimo, cerca del Mercadona, de restaurantes, con parque para los niños, y del Conjunto la Vega: con spa, pistas de tenis, de fútbol. Está totalmente equipado y dispone de WIFI y antena parabólica.

Unos 300m de la playa y cerca demuchas tiendas. Unos 15 minutos a pie del centro de Torre del Mar.

Torre del Mar es el típico pueblo español en la Costa del Sol con todas las comodidades para los turistas, situados a sólo 30 km de Málaga.

Boulevard de playa grande, tiendas de todo tipo, bares con terrazas y restaurantes para todos los gustos.

Campo de golf está a 2km.

Málaga y Nerja son sólo 30 minutos y hay servicio de autobús frecuente.

Granada es alrededor de 1 hora en coche.

Aeropuerto (Málaga) está a sólo 30 minutos en coche.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If CECILIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
