Villa Leomaris, è una nuovissima villa in Torre dell'Orso. Circondata da verde e tranquillità offre la possibilità di vivere una vacanza di totale detox.

E' situata a circa 1400m dalla spiaggia di Torre dell'Orso, rinomata per la sua sabbia fine e bianca e per la sua acqua cristallina, premiata con la Bandiera Blu di Legambiente. Alla medesima distanza è raggiungibile anche la Grotta della Poesia, premiata dal National Geographic tra le 10 grotte più belle al mondo. Nei dintorni sono facilmente raggiungibili Otranto e San Foca, nonchè Lecce a circa 16 km e Gallipoli 45 km.

La casa si compone di cucina, soggiorno (con divano-letto), camera da letto, bagno, doccia esterna ed interna e angolo lavanderia. Il patio esterno è arredato con tavolo da pranzo, puof grandi e lettini prendisole (non in foto)

La casa è totalmente equipaggiata con : Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice, WIFI, condizionatore, zanzariere, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli.

La struttura si compone di 2 appartamenti indipendenti.

    How do damage deposits work?
