"Villa AngelaD"si trova nella località Torre delle Stelle e gode di una splendida vista sul mare, libera da ogni ostacolo visivo, a 180° sul golfo di Cagliari. Grazie alla sua posizione privilegiata a pochi metri dalla riva è possibile godere, durante tutta la permanenza, del suono e dei profumi del mare.

Villa AngelaD occupa tutto il piano superiore di un complesso bifamiliare che si estende in altezza. Questo garantisce una maggiore privacy dei nostri ospiti; è stata concepita per essere indipendente e risultano in comune con gli ospiti del piano inferiore (gli zii di Luca - persone molto tranquille e presenti rarissime volte) soltanto il parcheggio (1 parcheggio è per voi), le scale esterne, il cancello d' ingresso.

“Villa AngelaD” dispone di tre camere da letto (due matrimoniali e una con letto a castello), due bagni, salone, cucina, veranda, lavanderia, giardino e parcheggio gratuito. In Villa AngelaD è presente internet wifi illimitato.

In Villa AngelaD è presente un parcheggio in comune con il piano inferiore della casa (un parcheggio è per voi). Sono presenti altri parcheggi liberi in strada, vicino a Villa AngelaD.

REGOLE DELLA CASA:

- conferimento dei rifiuti a carico dell'ospite (raccolta differenziata);

- si prega di non fumare dentro casa;

- non sono ammessi animali;

- nella pulizia finale non è incluso il lavaggio di pentole, posate, piatti, bicchieri, contenitori, forno, piano cottura e barbecue. La pulizia finale è una pulizia ordinaria. Qualora la casa venga lasciata in uno stato tale da richiedere una pulizia straordinaria, il costo di tale pulizia verrà trattenuto dalla cauzione;

Villa AngelaD è sulla costa in Torre delle Stelle, vicino alla spiaggia Cannesisa.

Non ci sono altre abitazioni di fronte per godere totalmente di una bellissima vista a 180° sul Golfo di Cagliari.

Distanza da Villa AngelaD alla spiaggia “Cannesisa”:

- 10/15 minuti a piedi;

- 5 minuti con la macchina;

- 5/8 minuti dalle rocce (il tempo dipende dall'esperienza nel camminare nelle rocce).

La spiaggia ha una bellissima sabbia fine bianca e mare cristallino.

Alloggio ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità, il riposo, a contatto con il mare e la natura.

TORRE DELLE STELLE

La zona gode di un profumo caratteristico offerto dagli eucalipto in fiore.

In Torre delle Stelle sono presenti:

- due spiagge: la spiaggia “Cannesisa” e la spiaggia “Genn'e mari”;

- due chioschi bar nelle spiagge con bagnino e servizio di ombrelloni e lettini;

- due market: “Da Palmira” e “Il Sagittario”;

- macelleria;

- pescheria;

- bancomat;

- bar/tabacchi/edicola;

- tre ristoranti-pizzeria: “Da Palmira”, “il Sagittario”, il “Saraceno”;

Si consiglia di noleggiare un auto con navigatore per agevolare gli spostamenti e per poter godere a pieno della località. In Torre delle Stelle le strade non sono asfaltate.

"Villa AngelaD" seafront and direct access to the coast

Villa AngelaD is situated in the locality of Torre delle Stelle and offers a beautiful view, free from any obstacle visual , a 180 ° on the Gulf of Cagliari. Thanks to its privileged location, few meters from the shore, during the stay, it is possible to feel the the sound and the perfume of the sea.

Villa AngelaD occupies all the entire top floor of a "bifamiliare structure" which extends in height.

This kind of structure guarantees to all guests a greater privacy because Villa AngelaD is designed to be independent and there are only some common places with the guests of the lower floor of the house (Luca's uncles - their very quiet people and they are rarely present in their home) such: the parking (one parking is for you), external stairs, the entrance gate.

DESCRIPTION AND EQUIPMENTS OF THE HOUSE

"Villa AngelaD" has three bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds), two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, veranda, laundry area, garden and free parking. In Villa AngelaD there is unlimited Internet Wifi (free).

PARKING

In “Villa AngelaD” there is a common parking with the guests of the lower floor of the house (1 parking is for you). There are other parking available near “Villa AngelaD”, in the street.

HOUSE RULES:

- The guest has to make the separate waste collection;

- Please do not smoke inside of the Villa;

- The animals are not allowed in Villa AngelaD;

- "In the final cleaning" of Villa is not included: washing plates / cutlery / pans / trays / cups, oven, cooking / barbecue floor.

The final cleaning is a routine cleaning. If the villa has been left by the guest in a state that requires a deep cleaning, the cost of this cleaning will be deducted from the deposit;

TORRE DELLE STELLE

Torre delle Stelle has a distinctive smell offered by eucalyptus in bloom.

In Torre delle Stelle you will find:

- Two beaches: the beach "Cannesisa" and the beach "Genn'e mari";

- The bar kiosks on the beaches with lifeguard and a service of umbrellas and sun beds;

- Two market: "Da Palmira" and "Il Sagittario";

- Butcher's shop;

- fish shop;

- cash machine;

- Bar / tobacco / newsagent;

- Three restaurants and pizzeria: "Da Palmira", "Il Sagittario", the "Saraceno";

- A pharmacy;

- A playground with classic public games;

- sports courts (basketball, soccer, tennis);

- a church.

We recommend renting a car with GPS to enable an easy trip and to be free to visit without problems all the beautiful coastline. In Torre delle Stelle the roads are not paved.

*** We specify that in the cost of renting of Villa AngelaD are not included: final cleaning costs € 120 (payment in cash at check-in) and bed linen, towels and beach towel € 15 (1 person - payment in cash at check in), Tax tourist € 1,50 (1 person/a day): for the number of nights of the reservation (maximum 21 nights). The tax is not paid by people aged 0 to 14 years of age. it is not permitted to recharge the electric car with the home socket.***
