The house is independent on one level (ground floor), excellent for young families and all ages. Located on the coast of Quartu Sant'Elena (nice and welcoming town) and close to Cagliari, beautiful and quiet city with its beach 'the Poetto' with its kiosks (where you will find a restaurant, music, entertainment and much more, always open) restaurants pizzerias bars etc. The house is equipped with every comfort and equipment so 'composed: living room with fireplace, kitchenette, two bathrooms, a double bedroom and four bedrooms (two of which can easily be turned into small double). Magnificent garden of 300 square meters with deccenal palms that make it even more a charming and holiday atmosphere, two large loggias (100 square meters) with wooden roof that keep the house cool and comfortable, equipped with a large brick barbecue and tables, chairs, armchairs, TV and rocking ideal for excellent outdoor barbecues, outdoor shower to cool off on the return from the beach, gazzebo equipped, parking and motorbike washing with external washing machine. The owners will be happy to welcome you and keep available, discounted rates in relation to the length of stay
