Located in the lower Salento, not far from Santa Maria di Leuca, is a popular beach resort of the Ionian coast of Salento.Our apartments have charming views of the sea and a beautiful Mediterranean vegetation and colorful interiors in detail.     Fino ad oggi non ho mai avuto ospiti scontenti. I motivi sono due: il primo è che non ho mai rappresentato il mio alloggio diverso da quello che è; secondo, mi sono resa disponibile sin da subito nei confronti dei miei ospiti e delle loro richieste. Lo è stato anche in questo caso con la differenza che l'ospite in questione si è "ricordato" che non gli piaceva l'appartamento il giovedì sera, dopo 5 giorni pieni di soggiorno. Il motivo addotto è stato, tra i vari, il non funzionamento della ricezione dei canali rai, che in quei giorni purtroppo è peggiorato. L'ospite è stato avvisato nella stessa giornata di arrivo di tale disservizio di zona e non ha mostrato disagio a riguardo. Il giovedì non ha voluto che montassimo il decoder nel suo appartamento. La risoluzione "bonaria" proposta è stata un rimborso per evitare una recensione negativa, ha inoltre fatto cenno ad una sua posizione lavorativa importante per evitare problematiche legali. Non credo sia giusto utilizzare un mezzo importante come la recensione negativa a fini ricattatori. Il turista ha tanti mezzi per poter dimostrare il suo scontento riguardo al suo soggiorno. Sono aperta alla critiche ma solo quando queste sono costruttive ai fini della mia attività. Le porte sono sempre aperte per l'ospite in questione e per chiunque voglia trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno in Salento.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simona (the owner) a message.

    If Simona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
