Property for exclusive use

Liberty style villa, 240 sq. m., holding up to 14 persons with 7 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa has a large garden with swimming pool, a furnished portico for outdoor lunches, Wi-Fi. It is particularly recommended for groups of friends or large families.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool

You will find a large garden (13,000 sq. m.), completely fenced and mostly lawn, with trees and flowering bushes. The pool, 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.1-2.2 metres, is in front of the villa and is shared with the guests of two other apartments on the same property; there is a paved bathing area complete with sunbeds and shower with hot water. On one side of the house, guests can use a covered portico with a table and chairs for outdoor meals, or for relaxing in the shade during the day. The tennis court is 30 metres away (but still in the property) and is also shared with the other guests, as is the parking.

Interior

The villa is on three floors and offers very cosy furniture. The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace and access to the furnished patio, a large kitchen complete with utensils with access to the garden, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 small bathroom. A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where you will find 2 double bedrooms of which one with bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with bathtub of which one with washing machine. On the second floor, there is a large living/dining room with cooking area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with bathtub.

Location

Villa dei Colli is in the quiet Venetian countryside, in a large property close to the Euganean Hills Regional Park and not far from the main centres of the Veneto region.

The villa has Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning in the first and second floor bedrooms, baby bed and high chair (upon request), complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, mosquito screens at the bedroom windows, parking in the property.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, tourist tax. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are swimming towels, cookery courses, dinners, hired help, horse riding and mountain bike trips, bike and quad hire.

Pool open from May 15th to September 30th and is shared with the guests of “Al Colle 1” and “Al Colle 2”, both in the same property about 30 metres away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
