From the owner

In an ideal, quite location with beaches, promenade, marina, numerous bars and restaurants only a 5 to 10 min walk away. This 1 bedroom air conditioned apartment on the boundary between Torremolinos and Benalmádena Costa is well equipped with all facilities for a self-catering holiday. Recently furnished to a high standard with views of Sea, Marina and Mountains and free high speed Wi-Fi. There are 2 South West facing balconies - which are not overlooked by any high rise buildings - adjoin the lounge and bedroom. The balconies have sun from just after midday to sunset and from them you can look down to the Marina or watch the sun set over the mountains.

The air conditioned bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bed linen provided, bedside cabinets, dressing table, hair dryer, adequate storage space, 3 chairs. Bathroom with a large walk-in thermostatic controlled shower, toilet, washbasin with towels provided. The light airy air conditioned lounge has a large comfortable sofa bed, TV with many English channels, Wi-Fi, coffee table, dining table & 4 chairs. Kitchen has washing machine, 4 ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. In the entrance hall there is a wardrobe with space to hang clothes and where you will find ironing board and iron along with a programmable room safe, 2 sun loungers, beach towels and a large fan. Both balconies having table, 2 chairs and sun blind.

Apartment is located on 4th floor accessed by 6 lifts. Quiet location on a private road in a very well maintained, popular complex which is central to all main attractions and close to shops and bars. Nearest supermarket - Lidl - 50 meters, nearest bars 70 meters.

Very large swimming pool along with a separate children's pool is open in summer from Mid-June to Mid-September and is accessed through the mature shady garden area. There is adequate parking and the building is 10 to 15 min walk to El Pinillo train station for trains to Malaga/Fuengirola.
