Lovely bright house redone to nine with a large swimming pool shared with 10 other houses, there is also a children's pool. 200 m from the beach and 350 meters from a train station, a car is not necessary. 2 bedrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, lounge with WiFi 50 (Mb) Factbook without limit, Satellite TV (French channels available) and bathroom with a large shower. Terrace and garden all around the house, charcoal barbecue. Patio very nice in the morning and evening, with garden furniture. courtyard where children can play safely. At the moment there are ongoing construction work in the street that is behind the residence (Calle Gad). House very well located, very close to the promenade in Torremolinos. Los Alamos is a residential area very quiet and well communicated, good neighborliness. The proximity to the airport and a train stop allows not having to rent a vehicle. The center of Málaga is 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train, the airport is 15 minutes, the Torremolinos town center is 5 minutes. On the promenade / beach of Los Alamos there are many bars, restaurants, and places for nightlife and activities all day long with the music. A large shopping center and leisure 'Plaza Mayor' is 800 meters from the house, where you will find a large supermarket (Mercadona), numerous restaurants, magazines, shops and many activities for children. The Real Club de Golf Málaga is 800 meters from the house.

Had a great time ,near to beach ,train , rooms were clean , pool nice , had a problem with shower maria had it sorted same day , will love to stay here again , quite area ,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
