This private villa offers a breathtaking view from the East to the West coast. It is located in the exclusive area of Torremuelle. The size and layout of the property (cul de sac) ensures you are not overlooked, so very private and quiet, but close to local amenities and sandy beaches.

This holiday home is a gem for people they love fantastic views, tranquillity, sun, privacy, private garden and private pool, but won't miss the closeness of the sandy beaches and local amenities.

This property has been renovated in 2014, 2015 and 2022 to a very high standard, has excellent natural air circulation and aircon. Every room in the property has stunning views over the mediterranean sea.

It is built on 2 levels.

Main level:

new kitchen which leads directly to the garden with dining table for 6,

large living room (53m2) with dining table for 10 and lounge for 7-8,

flat screen TV (3D), PLAYSTATION 3, WIFI, NESPRESSO coffee machine,

large balcony with bar table for 4 and dining table for 6,

bedroom 1 (aircon) with 1 double bed (2mx1.80m) with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, bathtube and toilet,

bedroom 2 (aircon) with 1 double bed (2mx1.40m),

bedroom 3 (aircon) with 1 double bed (2mx1.80m),

family bathroom with toilet bathtube/shower.

Lower level:

Bedroom 4 two adults single beds (2mx0.90m)

bedroom 5 with 1 double bed (2mx1.40m) and 1 single bed (2mx0.90m)

terrace with BBQ gas grill and brick, which leads directly to the garden with two dining tables for 10

Enjoy the amazing east and west coast view from the large private pool with water slide ( 9,2m x 4,2m, weekly cleaning, high season twice a week) and large terrace with all day sun. Sun-loungers and umbrellas are provided for your comfort and relaxation as well as a dining table & chairs around the pool.

Garden and swimming pool are serviced weekly ( high season twice). Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price up to maximum amount of people agreed. Smal charge if overusing aircon.

The villa is surrounded with palm trees, mature plants and grass-plot. Perfect for family and individuals.

Close to the trainstation Torremuelle (1km from the villa) are padel tennis and tennis courts .

From the villa bella vista:

Malaga airport: 18 minutes by car, 35min. by train

Torrequebrada golf course 3 km

Xanit international hospital 4 km

Selwo marina 2km

Tivoli, Benalmadena port and many other attractions nearby (5-10 minutes drive)

Pool: Remove all floats and close umbrellas overnight and return it to the box provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anita (the owner) a message.

If Anita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
