Villa Rosario está ubicada dentro de una finca cercada con una superficie de 10.000 m2, en el paraje de Nava París, en el término municipal de Torres (Jaén), dentro del Parque Natural de Sierra Mágina, regado por abundantes cursos de agua que se aprovechan en la agricultura.

Dentro de Villa Rosario se cultivan frutales y hortalizas y en sus inmediaciones se practica la caza, cuyos productos se utilizan en la típica gastronomía de la zona.

La construcción de la casa es de alta calidad y sigue las pautas de la arquitectura andaluza tradicional, tanto en su estructura, como en su decoración, con mobiliario de época de la comarca.

En el mes de julio de 2003 ha tenido lugar la declaración por la UNESCO, de las ciudades de Ubeda y Baeza, como Patrimonio de la Humanidad. Ambas están enclavadas en el entorno de Sierra Mágina, y distan sólo 20 kilómetros de nuestro alojamiento.

Es un lugar especial para descansar y disfrutar la naturaleza virgen, con todas las comodidades de la vida actual.

La capacidad de la casa es de 14 personas en cinco amplios dormitorios: 2 con cama de matrimonio, 2 triples con camas de 90 cm. y 1 múltiple con 4 camas de 90 cm. Este alojamiento tiene tres baños. Se alquila a partir de 6 personas y las características descritas otorgan gran flexibilidad para grupos entre 6 y 14 personas. Este alojamiento, además, dispone de:

- Gran salón de 40 metros cuadrados con chimenea.

- Cocina totalmente equipada, incluído lavavajillas.

- Porche cubierto.

- Calefacción central.

El acceso a Villa Rosario se encuentra señalizado desde Torres y está asfaltado hasta la entrada a la finca sin que haya que transitar con vehículos por caminos de tierra o en mal estado.

Durante el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de julio y el 31 de agosto el alquiler mínimo es de una semana.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pedro (the owner) a message.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
