Villa Teranne is a luxury villa situated in Los Dolces urbanisation, which offers you a luxury self catering holiday, where you can tailor your holiday around you!

There is plenty to do in the local area for all the family; a water park, beaches, site seeing, shopping, fine dinning and a choice of golf courses but to name just a few. The villa offers Wifi and satellite television and is safeguarded by an alarm and security system for your peace of mind.

The area is well maintained and boasts high standards of cleanliness, peacefullness and respect for yourselves and fellow residents.

The villa has its own pool with a further community pool situated within 2 minutes walking distance across from the villa. This is a gated area and keys will be provided on arrival. We request that you follow and respect community guidelines for the safety and comfort of everyone.

Beach towels not supplied,

Nearest beaches include playa La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo roig, Flamenca and Calla Capatan. Each beach is within 5 minutes drive of each other along the coastline.

An upstairs Master Bedroom with Super King bed,ward robe and bedside cabinate, draws, ensuite shower room,air on.

On the ground floor it offers a Double Bedroom with ward robe and bedside cabinate, draws. A second bedroom which sleeps

2-3, 2 Single beds and a pull out bed. A family Bathroom, Laundry facility with washer.A communal Sitting room with smart TV,books and games, a large fully equipped modern Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer iron & ironing-board, a dining area leading off on to a covered glassed patio area with a further seating for six persons .Air conditioning to the ground floor, and allbedrooms,gas central Heating. A Travel cot, high chair, and 6 sun loungers. All fixtures and fittings are finished to a high quality and standard.

Extras included: all bedding, towels, not including beach towels, hairdryer.

Outdoor:

A well maintained garden,Private Swimming pool, .gas BBQ,sun loungers, out door patio sofa and chairs, parasols, pool floats, pool cover(not to be used June-September inclusive).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annette (the owner) a message.

If Annette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
