The House

Located in the residential district of "Los Balcones" in Torrevieja.
We have an house available for max.
6 to 8 people.

The house has three bedrooms and the possibility of a sofa bed in the master bedroom.

Two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and spacious living room.
Everything is on the ground floor, with a total area. of 120 m2.

Outside you will find a private swimming pool 8 x 4 m and plenty of space (900 m2) to enjoy the sun that shines 300 days a year !!!

There is a large private driveway with at the end a car port.

Inside the house there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds.

There are also two bathrooms with both a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as dishwasher - freezer - fridge - washing machine - Senseo - micro wave
and crockery for 12 people.

Why can't I call Gino (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gino (the owner) a message.

If Gino (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
