Playa del Cura being the nearest, 75m from the apartment, and Playa de Los Locos 500 m further north.This coast is an ideal vacation destination and a lovely place to spend the winter. According to medical science Torrevieja belongs to one of the healthiest places in the world, thanks to the salt lakes on the north and south side of the towns. Thanks to this micro climate the weather is very nice during all the year.summers are sunny and warm and winter temperature rare to go below 15 °C.The beaches are what Torrevieja is all about, but there is also something for the golfer with several courses around Torrevieja, or the birdwatcher with flamingos and other bird life in the salt lakes. If the ocean is not adventurous enough Aquopolis has water slides and pools. As for shopping there are markets,

El Corte de Ingles Outlet, Habaneras shopping center, and Zenia Boulevard, along with numerous shops in the city.You have restaurants and cafés at your doorstep. In Torrevieja you can enjoy tapas and the traditional Spanish cuisine, as well as flavors from all over the world.
