Villa “I Gelsomini” is a cozy villa located on the Lake of Garda (Verona side).

In front of your eyes stunning and typical Italian landscapes, like a postcard.. with a fully furnished house where you can spend unforgettable holidays with your family.

Thanks to its special location the villa offers a breathtaking view of the lake and of the Torri del Benaco town/village, with its impressive Scala castle.

From here, you can discover and easily reach the most beautiful towns and villages on the Lake of Garda (as Sirmione, Garda, Limone, Riva del Garda, Peschiera..) because you are in the middle part of the lake and because there is the ferry stop directly in Torri.

This nice house comes on 3 levels, it has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a marvelous view of the lake (where to enjoy a good italian glass of wine ;-). It's fully furnished and equipped with TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, barbecue and a nice and large garden which is set in a magnificent terraced olive grove.

It can accommodate up to 10 /11 guests; parking spaces are available in and around the villa.

Ground floor

The main entrance places you on the 1st floor where you enter into the spacious and bright living area, containing lounge and dining areas. Two large comfortable sofas sit between a rustic fireplace on one side and the television on the other. On the same floor there is a spacious Tyrolese style kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine microwave, pots and pans, plates and silverware.

Also on the ground floor there is the tastefully furnished master bedroom, a spacious second bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom.

Terrace

The large terrrace is beautifully situated on the ground floor so as to take full advantage of the stunning lake views. The living area, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom have all access to it. The terrace is spacious enough to accommodate a large table so guests can enjoy relaxing lunches and dinners out in the open, with the breathtaking view of the lake.

1st floor

The upstairs part of the house is reachable by an internal stair case on the ground floor. It consists of one double room with two single beds plus a small balcony with a view of the lake and a small bathroom. Another bedroom with a single bed can be made available upon request.

Lower floor

The lower floor of the villa is easily accessible by an internal staircase leading down from the ground floor as well as by a large entrance from the garden. On this floor there is a second beautiful and very spacious master bedroom with a double bed, with a veranda that opens out onto the splendid garden and a good sized double room with double bed. Also on the lower floor there is a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities and another room with a large oak table that can be used as play room or winery.

Upon request it is possible to add one or two extra beds for young guests.

IMPORTANT - FROM MAY 1st TO SEPTEMBER 30th, please don't forget that you shall pay the Tourist Tax required by the city (children / young people under 14 years are free); the cost is 0.80 cents of Euro per person per day that you will need to pay cash at the check-in.

IMPORTANT - From November to March the total rate includes as well the cost of the heating ; during the other months, if you wish to use the heating , the cost will be charged apart from the rent depending on the consumption (accoridng to the consumption counter).

We loved the decor and nice kitchenware. We made large family meals with plenty of seating for everyone. Location is excellent and the owner were very nice and helpful

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
