Beautiful apartment by the sea with 3 bedrooms, facing south (sun all day), with stunning views of the sea and the beach, which is 30 meters away from the apartment and the promenade of Torrox-Costa. The climate of Torrox is known as "The best climate in Europe", with an average temperature of 18 ° throughout the year. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator and has an approximate size of 80 m2. It consists of, living room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and everything you might need), three bedrooms (master bedroom with a 1.50 meter bed and two double rooms with 0.90 meter beds) ), a beautiful bathroom with shower, two terraces with spectacular views of the sea, the beach and the promenade. The living room, as well as the master bedroom have access to the main terrace where you can have a good breakfast or just have a glass of Malaga wine while enjoying an amazing sunset. The apartment has a satellite television with different languages installed. Torrox is a charming city where you can find wonderful places between its characteristic white houses full of flowers and charm, good restaurants and a beautiful promenade with a family beach. Torrox has for you a large number of options for outdoor activities - hiking in the mountains, beaches, paint-ball, kayaking, water sports, horse riding, cycling, paragliding, golf, tennis, etc. Torrox is very close to other towns with great tourist interest, such as Cómpeta, Frigiliana and Nerja. From the town of Torrox, there are a lot of places you can visit. For example, the city of Malaga, where you will discover its impressive cathedral called "La Manquita", the Picasso Museum, the great fortress called "Alcazaba", the Roman theater and its delicious and wide gastronomy; Granada, where the famous Islamic palace called "Alhambra" is located, which is the most visited tourist destination in Spain and declared as a World Heritage Site. You can also visit the "Sierra Nevada" mountain range, which offers activities such as hiking, biking and skiing with 3,500 meters of snow-covered area; Cordoba, where you can visit its wonderful and beautiful Mosque of Cordoba, also declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Our family lives in Torrox, so we would be available for our guests in everything they might need. The price includes cleaning at the beginning and at the end of your stay, bed linen and towels for a week, electricity and water. For long stays (months), do not hesitate to contact us for more information. On the day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 4:00 p.m. and on the day of your departure, you must leave the apartment before 11:00 p.m.

Why can't I call Antonio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonio (the owner) a message.

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
