Rent the wonderful house "Villa Vista" located just 15 minutes from Nerja town and only 3 minutes from the small and cozy village of Torrox, as well as 12 minutes to the beach. Villa Vista is wonderfully situated in the Spanish mountain settings surrounded by nice farms, with very easy access and good asphalt road to the house, with only 2,5 km to Torrox village. The house has a large plot of 7200 sqm with many fruit trees such as mango, oranges, lemons, olives as well as palm trees and several tropical plants. This whole garden has a wonderful view of the mountains of Almerija de Tejeda, which also offers nice hiking trails and a good opportunity for cycling.

Villa Vista is a very spacious and bright house, of about 180 sqm with 4 bedrooms space up to 10 people, there are 2 large bathrooms with shower in both bathrooms as well as a large bathtub. The house also has a large spacious kitchen of 25 sqm with direct exit to the terrace. The house has real Wi-Fi internet as well as Cable TV and Air-Conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.

The house has two terraces, the south west terrace and the south east terrace. The south west terrace is a large lovely 80 sqm terrace with diningtable, big terrace sofa and a BBQ. The terrace have a wonderful evening sun as well as a stunning mountain views. The house also has a south-east terrace for breakfast in the morning sun, also it is furnished and has nice views.

The house has its own private pool of 4 x 7.5 meters with sun beds in the sunbathing area and stunning mountain views. At the pool there is also an extra toilet, as well as a separate shower.

You can easily drive down to the beach in 12 minutes, the road from the house is good and is paved the whole way. You drive to Nerja town in 15 minutes. The nearest restaurants and shops, you will find in the cozy and quaint village of Torrox only 3 minutes from the house. Alternatively, go to Torrox in 20 minutes from the house. If you want to visit the Frigiliana mountain village, you drive in 20 minutes and you are there.
