Simply elegant, serene, and tranquil, ALLAMANDA ESTATE is the ultimate dream villa for families and friends, small weddings, honeymoons, and yes, corporate retreats. Nestled on Little Mountain, Beef Island, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, on six-acres of lush flowering gardens, this extremely private and hugely spacious villa offers panoramic vistas from every room, as well as 7,000 sq ft of generous and beautifully appointed options of spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces. Allamanda Estate is the perfect Caribbean sanctuary for relaxation and renewal.

The uncovered Southern terrace is perfect for sunset cocktails, dining, or just relaxation under the moon and stars. It provides stunning views of nearby Long Bay and Well Bay Beaches also located on Beef Island, Sir Francis Drake's Channel, and several of the BVI's 60 Islands and Cays dotted across the Southern horizon. Just steps away from the Southern terrace, exhale, become one with nature and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings, as you sip a cup of coffee or enjoy a full breakfast under the large "manjack" tree, which is frequented by hummingbirds and sparrows.

This villa's free form pool is like a jewel within a flagstone terrace bordered with graceful palms and island flora. At one end of the pool sits a large covered and handsomely furnished verandah with exquisite tables and cushioned seating for reading, lounging in the shade, dining and entertaining, complete with a wet bar containing a mini-fridge and a gas grill. A half bath is also located on the verandah to enhance the outdoor lifestyle so readily available at Allamanda Estate Villa.

Each of the four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms which also comes with a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV has its own unique charm and characteristics. The master bedroom comes with a romantic four-poster bed and bathroom suite including a Jacuzzi, as well as a private L-shaped balcony with southern and western views. Adjoining is a smaller bedroom with twin beds (or one king if desired) and bathroom. The villa's guest pavilion is adjacent to the pool verandah, ensuring guests' privacy and comfort, and offers two spacious bedrooms. The Pavilion Yellow Bedroom comes with a romantic four poster king bed, a private balcony and a bathroom with a large half moon window offering stunning views. The Pavilion Green Bedroom also offers a king size bed and its own bathroom. A cozy foyer equipped with cushioned bench and table, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with a view of the pool sits between the two bedrooms.

Allamanda Estate is furnished in a stunning blend of Indonesian, Chinese and Indian pieces and antiques, with touches of Moroccan style found in the filigreed lighting. Original artwork, Persian rugs and potted plants compliment this Caribbean Villa's gracious charm. Beautiful wood soffits with soft indirect lighting frame every room's ceiling providing guests with a warm and welcome feeling.

The elegantly furnished spacious living room and a formal dining room that seats ten give wonderful indoor options. An equally large fully equipped kitchen provides seating for six and is accessed by the inviting 40 foot gallery with its antiques and art.

Trellis Bay is also the gateway to several of the eastern islands and restaurants, so just hop on a ferry and enjoy lunch or dinner on one of our islands less than 8 minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Delma (the owner) a message.

If Delma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
