Our cosy three-room apartment sleeps up to six people and caring for two cars inside. It is equipped with a wide and functional kitchen and a big living room, comfortable and cozy. The apartment, located in a residential area, is approximately one (1) km from the coastal area, located about 200 m from Zoomarine, 5 km from Castel Romano Outlet and Cinecittà Word. If equipped with a motor car or willing to use public transport you can easily reach the beautiful city of Rome who is less than 18 km. It has a garden both front and rear. Despite the wide spaces, it would not bring pets as they already have a beautiful cane corso absolute Prince of the House. Guests can use the barbecue, complete with firewood, placed laterally to the kitchen and a couple of bikes stored in the bottom of the log cabin parking area. Complete with two cars inside.
The prices listed in the ad are inclusive of Tripadvisor, but not of tax of € 1 per person/per day for the first 10 days! from which are not avalable on children under 10 years.
