Suite Ruby is located in Tourlos, 3 km far from Mykonos town and 2 km from the beaches of Psarou and Platy Gialos that are among the most popular and famous beaches of the island, with clean white sand and crystal-clear water, where it is also possible to practice watersports.

Tourlos is a small coastal village. White houses with freshly painted windows and flowers everywhere create a magical setting. Located on the north coast of the island it offers endless opportunities for entertainment for tourists, including taverns and bars.

Suite Ruby is a luxurious and stylish accommodation, it is 60 m2 and develops on one level, with one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with an expandable sofa bed that can

easily accommodate 2 persons.

This Suite is provided with all kind of modern comforts such as: full air conditioning, WIFI, TV, safe deposit box and alarm system.

Outdoor there are a dining area and various corners for gatherings and relaxation with Mykonos town and the Aegean Sea on the background.

There is also a swimming pool with an amazing view that is shared with its sister Amethyst Suite.

The two suites can be rented together and offered as a two bedrooms residence with private pool.

Finally, there is also parking space for one car.

Rental rules:

The minimum stay is 4 nights (6 nights from 16 July to 7 Sept.).

Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.

A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.

No dogs allowed

No parties with exterior visitors allowed

No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities

No smoking allowed inside the property

The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.

The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.

Included in the rental price: 2 hours daily maid service, change of bath and pool towels daily, and change of linen twice weekly.

According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € per villa, per night is imposed on the residents.

This fee is not included in the villa rental fee and needs to be settled prior to check-out.
