The beautiful Villa Les Gours with its natural stone facade was built on a terraced, about 4000 square meters of land. On 200 sqm living space and 90 sqm of terraces spread over two floors, it offers space and comfort for 8 to 10 people maximum. The stylish decor immediately creates an atmosphere to feel good. Four cozy bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room both have direct access to one of the three terraces. This overloaded with their South / South East alignment from dawn to dusk you to relax. The large and well-equipped kitchen with a balcony, the spacious conservatory with a dining room, a cozy living room with fireplace, TV and music system provide enough space for social gatherings. The plot: Each terrace overlooking the lovely garden with private heated pool, boules court and several seating areas. Spend your day with a good book in a shady outdoor seating, cool off in the waters of the well-tempered pools and enjoy the balmy southern French evenings with a cool glass of rosé on the terrace. The pool by the way has a 30 cm deep area which is particularly suitable for small children (of course under supervision) suitable. At the lower point it is about 1.60 deep and is all day in the sun. The natural part of the property fascinated particularly small adventurers can spend hours there. A paradise for children and adults, which can be one to remember your vacation. Of course, the entire property is fenced and the street with a low wall provided. House and garden are almost not visible from the outside, so that their privacy is protected during the valuable vacation time. The driveway with remote controlled gate to the property leads directly to the 2 covered and 3 uncovered parking, from there you reach the entrance of the house. Activities: A game of boules on the scale for course offers adults and children a lot of holiday fun. On cozy shady spots in the garden you will find peace and relaxation - for children there is plenty of room to play in the wooded part of the property. The heated pool with low water area for children (about 30 cm) and the deep part (about 1.50 meters) can really relax, every now and then a swim and cool off in between. Numerous excursions in the surrounding area offer plenty of variety. Cozy mountain villages like Tourrettes-sur-Loup (2 km), Gourdon (9 km), Vence (9 km), St. Paul du Vence (12 km), Grasse (13 km), Valbonne (13 km) and Vallauris are without to reach jams effortless. The coastal region with the sophisticated cities such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco is one or more trips worth: bathing in the sea, visits to museums and the luxury of the Côte d'Azur should not be missed. Also be found there even smaller fishing villages, the Italian border and the underlying charming coastal towns are also within easy reach. As a paradise for hikers and nature lovers, the area around Tourrettes-sur-Loup with the wild and romantic gorge "Gorges du Loup" shows. It is ideal for swimming, hiking, climbing and guided whitewater trips. Beautiful hiking trails of the nearby mountains with stunning views of the coastal areas between Cannes and Nice and the red glowing Esterel Mountains. Montainbiker can really let off steam here. For paragliding and hang-gliding flight areas Gourdon, Greolieres, Roquebrune (Monaco) or Sospel offer nearly year flyable conditions. Renting 5 or 6 people: main dwelling EC (120 sqm) plus additional bedroom with one bathroom on the garden level. Renting 7 to 10 people: complete house with garden and pool.
