If you want to experience a quiet individual holiday and do without long driving times, Sa Torre is the right place for you. The exclusive villa district belongs to the historically very important community Llucmajor. The town is just 20 minutes drive from Palma Airport, right on the seafront with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and leisure activities. For cyclists and golfers, the small town is particularly popular because from here you have quick access to great routes and the nearest golf course "Golf Maioris" (1,5km) is also just around the corner. Those who prefer tennis can visit the tennis club "Sitt Tennis" (2km). For shopping trip or cultural afternoon, you simply drive to the nearby capital Palma, here family fun is guaranteed. The nearest sandy beaches are Playas Maioris and Playa Blava, which can be reached quickly in just 5 minutes by car, walking you need about 25 minutes, which has the advantage that you can admire the exclusive villa urbanization while you walk along the coast.

Only 150 meters off the coast is the beautiful villa "La Primera Brisa", on a private plot with its own mini-golf course and large pool terrace. Comfortable sunbeds, ample umbrellas and the sheltered barbecue terrace complete the beautiful outdoor area of this elegant villa. You can park your rental car directly on the driveway.

The interior of the stylish villa welcomes us with modern furnishings that reflect the excellent taste of owner. Large window elements let in a lot of natural light and reward us with pool view on the ground floor and in the upper area you can even see the sea. Here is also the master bedroom with double bed and own walk-in shower en suite. On the other side of the floor you can comfortably check emails in the big office while enjoying the great view, totally relaxed. The lower living area consists of a cozy living room with XXL TV, reading corner and integrated dining area. The chic kitchen is located separately but provided with a practical pass-through window. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The functional kitchen island offers gas and vitroceramic hob. So you can choose in which way to conjure the dinner for your loved ones. The direct access to the terrace is still a plus point when it comes to the barbecue preparation. A long corridor with huge window elements and modern fitted wardrobes leads to the lower sleeping area, which consists of 2 beautiful double bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with rain effect shower. All beds are wonderfully comfortable and have a pleasant size. The enormous built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space for luggage and personal belongings. The basic equipment here of course includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the house. If you arrive with babies, you are welcome to register in advance cots and high chairs, so everything is ready on your arrival day. Whether inside or outside, the feel-good factor in this villa is guaranteed and will give you and your family a great vacation time. We will personally welcome you and explain everything important you need to know for a pleasant stay, including tips for your holiday adventures and basic needs.

How do damage deposits work?
