Welcome Guests,

This lovely, peaceful and fully furnished house is perfect for family and their guests. If you need retreat, take a some deep breath with a fresh mountain air, this house is for you!

The Space

This house is a re-builded old village house.The home itself is in a huge green space. The front of house has a beautiful Black Sea View and the back of the house has a hazelnut trees view. It comes up you with organic vegetable garden and chicken coop. Free to get your eggs and organic vegetables in your garden.

Guest Access

Full access to well equipped separate kitchen, common bathroom, towels and all bedding provided. l mean, you have access the entire home included fruit trees, organic vegetable garden and chicken coop.

Interaction with Guests

My father'll be happy to meet you at the house upon arrival. Also he can be at the house whenever necessary.

* We provide Turkish traditional farm breakfast if needed.

The Neighborhood

The bedrooms are like being in a tree house -- with great sounds and sights of nature. Enjoy the nature throughout the house. Less than 5 minutes to visit the touristic place,Trabzon Atatürk Köşk. Atatürk Köşkü is a lovely Victorian-era villa, which was given to Atatürk when he visited Trabzon in 1924. Great for spring and summer vacation. Great for meditation and yoga.

Getting Around

The city is about 10 minutes away from the house by car.If you don't want to drive, the bus stop is very close to my house.The beach and airport take around 15 min. by a car.

Other Things to Note

This is a family friendly neighborhood, most of whom have lived here for many years. With that said, please be respectful of the residents and mindful of evening activities in the garden, quiet conversation, music, etc.

**** If you have special condition (like if you are an allergic person, if you scare from any animals for example cats, dogs, squirrels, hedgehogs) pls don't wait to expecting to ask you those questions, directly you tell me...*****

Especially for the dogs, we don't have dog to live with us but our neighbors have. Sometimes they forget to tie them to dogs' cottage house. Don't worry we can try to handle it if you have special condition... Thanks for cooperation in advance...

How do damage deposits work?
