From the owner

Merovigli Villa is a newly renovated private pool villa, measuring 370 sq.m located in the beautiful area of Tragaki. The villa offers magnificent sea views and accommodates up to 12 guests.

As we enter the main entrance of the villa we step into a modern and spacious open plan living room, a contemporary fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area. The big windows reveal a panoramic sea view whereas the balcony door leads to an outdoor furnished veranda offering access to the swimming pool through a small staircase. Inside the villa a cozy loft features two queen beds.

This floor offers three bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds that can be joined into one double and the master bedroom with one double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in closet. All rooms have private balconies and sea views. The main bathroom that is located along the hallway has also a bathtub.

The lower level is accessible by an internal stair and leads to another open plan room offering one double bed and one double sofa bed and a small sitting area, whereas the fourth bedroom has two single beds and can be isolated through a door. This floor offers one bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Merovigli (the owner) a message.

    If Merovigli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
