For the best time of the year, no matter if short break or several weeks, we are happy to provide you with our cozy apartment with a great view of the mountains to the sea. In addition, there are swimming pool and sauna for use directly in the house. For a carefree holiday, whether beach or rainy weather, action or wellness and relaxation, so well taken care of! The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in two rooms. The bedroom has a new 160 cm bed and in the living room a new sofa bed, which can be extended to 140 cm. W-Lan, cable TV and flat screen are available, as well as DVD player and music system. Furthermore, it has a beautiful covered balcony (table and 4 chairs) with wonderful views of the Trave. It is equipped with a kitchenette with stove, fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster and crockery. In addition to the shower room is still a spacious swimming pool with sauna (Münzeinwurf) for shared use directly in the house. There is also a laundry room (Münzeinwurf), bicycle storage and large lounge. A private parking space is available and two bicycles can be rented for an additional charge. Also train and bus stop right in front of the house. The house also has a spacious garden and next to a large roof terrace for sunbathing also a lounge and a table tennis room. In and around Travemünde are numerous leisure and excursion offers. Minimum stay one week or by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, it is a Non smoking apartment. Smoking on the balcony is permitted. An initial supply (toilet paper, kitchen roll, dish soap, etc.) is provided. Bed linen and bicycles can also be rented for a surcharge. We are looking forward to your visit!

Frau Baumann hatte leider die Personenzahl falsch angegeben und lässt den Ärger über ihren eigenen Fehler an mir und der Bewertung der Wohnung aus. Ich habe Familie Baumann angeboten, dass sie, wenn sie irgendwelche Fragen oder Beschwerden hätten, sich doch melden möchten, damit man Abhilfe leisten könnte. Wenn am selben Tag neue Gäste kommen, kann ich nicht auch noch sämtliches Besteck und Geschirr durchsehen, sondern muss davon ausgehen, dass der Vorgänger es gut hinterlassen hat, was nach äußerem Anschein der Fall war. Ich möchte weitere Gäste bitten, doch gleich sich zu melden, wenn Ihnen irgendetwas nicht gefällt oder fehlt. Dann kann man das Problem sicher beheben.

Bei dem Apartment handelt es sich um eine Ferienwohnung für entspannte Feriengäste. Dies war bei Ihnen ja leider nicht der Fall und ich bedaure, dass Sie sich nach dem Brand bei Ihnen nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Hier wohnen Alt und Jung zusammen und nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander. Ein respektvoller Umgang untereinander wird erwartet und hat bisher nicht zu Beschwerden geführt. Ich wünsche Ihnen und Ihrer Familie alles Gute und dass Sie Ihr Zuhause wieder aufbauen können.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Konnie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
