Buccaneer Villa is a beautiful oceanfront home situated on a private 1.7 acre property with direct access to the beach. The home was designed by Sally Henzell and has been newly renovated in 2017. The setting is dramatic, on the hillside above the fishers' beach in quiet Billy's Bay, with 3/4 of a mile of untouched beach. There are sweeping staircases, inside and out, with inspiring views of ocean and mountains from all around the house. The rooftop patio has loungers to enjoy the Jamaican sun in private and offers an outdoor dining area to view the magnificent sunsets. The constant sound of the waves is soothing to the body and soul. Gaze out to sea from the oceanfront pool or enjoy a cool drink while relaxing on the poolside loungers or covered daybed.

The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. There are three bedrooms on the first level and the bedroom on the upper level has direct access to the rooftop patio. All bedrooms have walkouts and beautiful ocean views. The living room opens, through hand-wrought iron doors, to the large covered ocean side terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. With three separate dining areas you can choose to have your meals at the magnificent hand made 10-12 person dining room table, on the ocean side terrace or upstairs on the rooftop patio.

The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with complimentary Netflix. A Bluetooth enabled stereo in the living room with outdoor speakers on the rooftop patio and mainfloor terrace ensure you are never without your music. A portable UE Boom Bluetooth speaker is available for use by the pool or on the beach. Free wifi.

The staff at Buccaneer Villa are caring and experienced and have been at the Villa for many years. They will ensure that all is perfect in your private oasis. The staff will prepare and serve meals , provide housekeeping, tend to the grounds, all while respecting your privacy. Suzie, Nikki, Craig and Jaimie are simply the best!

Located in the community of Treasure Beach, local restaurants, bars, and shops are just a short walk away. The beach is protected by a natural reef which provides a great place to snorkel and spear fish. For the avid fisherman, boats may be chartered for line fishing in deeper waters or you may accompany the local fisherman out on a day's work. Boat tours to Pelican bar, Black River alligator tour, Little Ochi and other sites can all be arranged and will pick you up from the beachfront of Buccaneer Villa. Land tours to YS Falls, Appleton Estates Rum Factory, Negril can be arranged for oick up from the Villa.

My family and I had been guests at Buccaneer Villa many times and simply loved the home, staff, and community. When the opportunity arose to become the new owners, it was a unanimous decision! We are grateful to Mary who has been very helpful with the transition. We are so thrilled to open our new home, with the same dedicated staff, to you, our guests!

How do damage deposits work?

If Nicoletta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
