Chalé individual para un máximo de 6 personas, con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de relax. La casa dispone de un amplio salón de 30m2 con unas vistas excepcionales a la montaña. La vivienda está construida en un terreno de 500m2. En el jardín hay barbacoa.

La casa consta de 2 pequeñas habitaciones (una con una cama de 135 y la otra con cama de 150 ), cocina independiente, baño con plato de ducha, salón-comedor de 30m2 con chimenea de pellets ( tiene conductos por toda la casa para calentar toda la vivienda )TV de 46" y 2 sofás-cama (Uno de ellos se hace cama de 160 y el otro se hace cama de 120 ) y terraza.

La vivienda se encuentra dentro del bonito parque natural del Lago de Sanabria.

Nuestro proceso de limpieza entre cliente y cliente será totalmente exhaustivo para que la casa esté libre de COVID-19. Nos hemos estado formando para llevar a cabo de forma rigurosa una limpieza completa con virucidas específicos para cada material, es decir, trataremos las superficies con lejía, poniendo máxima atención en las zonas de más uso, la ropa de cama será tratada a altas temperaturas con desinfectante y los textiles no desenfundables ( colchones, almohadas, sofás..) serán pulverizados con productos virucidas especiales para textil ( según normativa de productos marcada) y tratados con vaporetas para una mayor desinfección.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MARIA (the owner) a message.

    If MARIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
