2-Bedroom garden apartment (one of only two) in a 4-hectare property in the wonderful peace and tranquillity of the Etruscan countryside in the hills above Lake Bracciano. Car needed.

Splendid views and sunsets. Sunny days, and pleasantly cool nights. A fantastic place to relax, an ideal base from which to do sports and leisure activities, and explore charming towns, Etruscan and Roman remains, and Rome - the Eternal City (50 kms away)..

Unfrequented by mass tourism, Lazio has a micro climate that produces some of the country’s best fruit, vegetables, and olives, allowing culinary specialities to flourish.

THE APARTMENT has its own entrance, patio with table and chairs for al fresco eating. Oleander-bordered garden and garage.

- Living/dining room with picture window: Sofa, coffee table, TV. Round dining table with four/five chairs and a child’s high chair. Tablecloth and mats provided.

- Fully-equipped modern open kitchen: fridge/freezer, gas hob (4 ring) and oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron & ironing board. Plenty of cupboards & work surfaces. Pots/pans, kettle & teapot, crockery, glassware, cutlery; everything needed to prepare simple or complex meals with the first-class local vegetables, fruit, fish and meat.

- Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, armchair. Picture window.

- Bedroom 2: Very large. Double bed and bedside tables, writing table and chair and sofa/single bed. Door to patio.

Linen provided.

- Bathroom: toilet, bidet, washbasin, shower cubicle. Shelf with shaving mirror, washing machine, towel rail + radiator/towel rail. Towels provided.

- Walk-in wardrobe: hanging space and cupboards.

Nearest town- Trevignano Romano (4.5 miles)- A delightful lakeside village with a historic centre, ruins of a castle, shops, banks, bars, cafes, lakeside promenade, beaches, supermarkets and 35 + restaurants, from economical pizzerias to internationally recognized restaurants.
