From the owner

Westview House is a seafront property with absolutely stunning and extensive views. This is one of the closest houses to the sea in Trevone. We are so close you can watch people surfing and enjoy seeing the waves break.

Please look at the photos to see the location of the property or use Google Maps to see the layout of Trevone (it is the closest house to the sea in West View cul-de-sac). The house is in a premium location as it looks directly out over the sea.

It is just 50metres from the high water mark. Every bedroom and living room has a direct uninterrupted view of the sea. Watch the waves breaking on the rocks from the sunroom and the sun set into the sea (or the headland in winter). The view extends from the Trevose Head headland and right across to the large rock on the far side of the sandy beach.

It is approximately 50 metres walk down to the rocky beach or about 100 metres walk to the sandy beach. You will never need to drive to the beach, just put your wetsuit on at the house and wander down. It is easy to have a BBQ on the rocky beach in the evening or a picnic on the sandy beach as they are so close to the house.

The house has full gas central heating.

The WiFi is super fast throughout as it is fullfibre.

The house is a large Victorian property with five double bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has four single beds so the house can accommodate up to twelve guests.

There is a sitting room and also a conservatory room with direct and expansive views of the sea. There is a separate dining room. Also on the ground floor is a double shower wet-room for changing from the beach - with direct access to the garden.

The house is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and includes a washing-machine and tumble dryer. (As well as fully equipped kitchen, night storage heating, hot water, duvets and blankets and pillows).

The house is arranged over three floors, on the ground floor there is the living room to the front with colour tv dvd and video player and seating for 7/8, there is a changing/wet room next with a washing machine and dryer.

There is a dining room, a kitchen and a sun room.

The dining room is can seat 12 or more adults , the kitchen is ample with white units and a walk-in larder. The sun room is a great feature of the house and where we spend our time (please see photos).

The bedrooms are are on the upper floors with three double bedrooms on the first floor with one bedroom having a double bed and two with two singles all with wash hand basins wardrobes, duvets, pillows, blankets and electric radiators. There is one bathroom on this floor.

The top floor has two bedrooms one with four singles and one with a double bed. Duvets, pillows, blankets and electric radiators are provided. There is a small bathroom on this floor.

The garden to the rear measures approx 40ft x 30ft and is mainly grass with a patio area in front of the sun room ideal for barbecues.

Parking for 4 cars (or 6 if you block the others in).
