Tinos Habitart is located close to the traditional village of Triandaros on the beautiful Island of Tinos. The settlement of Tinos Habitart includes vacation villas for rent and a group of neighboring traditional buildings (a windmill, a dovecote, a renovated traditional stable and an olive mill) where are hosted cultural events and activities.
The Orange house is an island chic residence with traditional architecture and artistic style. It is a maisonette with five bedrooms (4double, 1 single), and four bathrooms and can host 9 guests. The villa has a traditional kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and a stylish fireplace and a living-room with sofa/bed. There is an independent veranda that has a marble sitting area that faces the pool and the sea for dining al fresco. There is also a half covered area with a traditional stone oven and a small water fountain. The residents of the villa can swim or sunbath in the private pool (utilizing salt electrolysis) of the Orange House that has hydro-massage installations.
The Orange House offers every modern convenience for ultimate comfort during a short or long term rental. The superb style of the villa is characterised by the arty approach of the decoration and the appealing architecture that is inspired from the island's tradition.
The indoor and outdoor spaces incorporate marble and stone craft and have antique furnishing. Like all the structures of Tinos Habitart, the Orange house is made of local stone and fits flawlessly in the natural environment.
