A pochi metri dal mare Bianca sul Mare è una delle dimore più antiche di Tricase Porto, piccolo borgo marinaro sulla litoranea che da Otranto conduce a Santa Maria di Leuca.

La residenza si trova al primo piano ed è circondata da un'ampia terrazza attrezzata che si affaccia sullo splendido porticciolo della marina e dove è piacevole consumare i pasti godendo della vista del mare.

La casa è composta da:

Le stanze si affacciano sulla terrazza, hanno pareti doppie ed alti soffitti a volta, sono pertanto molto fresche anche in piena estate pur essendo la casa dotata, in quasi tutte le stanze, di condizionatori. Oltre ad essere dimora estiva, Bianca sul Mare è perfettamente godibile anche nei mesi invernali perché fornita di riscaldamento.

Gli animali di piccola e media taglia sono i benvenuti.

E' consentito fumare in tutte le aree della casa

Si richiedono all'arrivo 15€ a posto letto singolo e 30€ a posto letto matrimoniale per la fornitura di biancheria, 100€ a settimana per l'uso dei condizionatori nei mesi estivi e 30€ giornalieri per l'uso del riscaldamento nei mesi invernali.

Se richiesto,il cambio della biancheria settimanale può essere effettuato al costo di 15€ a posto letto singolo e 30€ a posto letto matrimoniale.

I love Porto Tricase and this villa looks out across the harbour, it is an ideal place for a few friends to have a break.

Why can't I call Aymone (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aymone (the owner) a message.

If Aymone (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
