Villa Rosea is a luxury waterfront resort with a beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful town called Slatine (quiet getaway place on Island of Ciovo).

It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation.

This luxury villa has got two floors. The renting area contains 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining room, living room and 50 square meters big private terrace on the second floor (seaward side) accommodating up to ten people.

The property encompasses 2200sq/m of old pine trees, lush gardens with fruit trees, and paved areas which give direct access to the beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, dive and sail. The sea experience speaks for itself. Just look at the pictures and you will get the impression of all the natural beauties that wait for you here. Once you come, you will never want to leave.

Your hosts are friendly people with over more than 20 years of experience in tourism, at your disposal 24 hours /7 days a week.

This place is the perfect starting point towards the surrounding famous Croatian islands, and is ideally situated between the fabulous, energetic city of Split and the more mellow, yet equally gorgeous, seaside town of Trogir.

It is truly a withdrawal for those, who are looking for to get away from everyday occurrence.

There is also a private guest-boat-berth available.

The villa is located just 10 km from Split airport, 8 km from Trogir town (part of UNESCO heritaghere), 30 km from city of Split (also part of UNESCO heritage). The island of Ciovo is connected to the mainland by a bridge. There are a lot of opportunities for exciting day trips and to embark from the area - you can park your vehicles securely on-site.

Sun-lounges flank the 70sq/m balcony as well as waterfront garden, affording stunning panoramic views. Waterfront dining and patio dining areas with the option of cooking on a traditional stone BBQ will allow you some peaceful outdoor living. From inside, enjoy free wireless internet and flat-screenHD TV in fully air-conditioned comfort, while resting on the sofa. There's a large living room and dining room with both, indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The modern kitchen has got fully integrated appliances, and hosts can provide you with fresh local products on demand. The big terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, or just relaxing while enjoying the exciting sea views.
