Gorgeous new-built and luxury apartment with large terrace and outstanding view in front of the sea, it is like a dream! Come and enjoy the tranquillity of the holiday home, take a real romantic and relaxing feeling. Few minutes from the beach, shops, downtown, restaurants and so on.

The luxury holiday home is new-built and located in the historic center of Tropea, overlooking unbelievable views of Tropea with an amazing and panoramic view on the church of S. Maria of Island. In a few step, you can arrive to the nearest beach.

The property is equipped with 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa bed for any child/adult, large fitted kitchen and bright living room/dining room and 1 bathroom, air conditioning (hot/cold), satellite TV, free public parking beside the holiday house. The house is also equipped with a large terrace with sunbeds included, everything is overlooking the sea where you can also have a romantic dinner in front of one of the beautiful sunset of Tropea with a view of Stromboli (volcano)

This is unique and perfect holiday house for people looking for a luxury apartment. All in all, bright, spacious, gorgeous and quiet, and you have everything you need for perfect vacation in Tropea

The neighborhood where the house is located in downtown, in a few meters you can find a International Pharmacy, food stores of buying famous red onions of Tropea, calabrian salamis, nduja of Spilinga, cheese of Monto Poro, near historical center, shops, bars, restaurants, and the staircase that leading to the beaches and to the Port of Tropea, even the train station is few minutes of walking.

From Airport by car: International Airport of Lamezia Terme to Tropea or Airport of Reggio CALABRIA to Tropea

from the North: Motorway A3 (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), exit PIZZO CALABRO, therefore SS522 to Tropea

By car from the South: Motorway A3 (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), exit ROSARNO afterwards take SS18 to MILETO and then SP17 of Vena di Ionadi to Tropea

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
